The Allee Gymnasium Remodel involved the conversion of the former swimming pool space into a two level space for new locker rooms, laundry, strength training, storage and new mechanical equipment.  Tasks included design, cost estimating, code analysis, coordination with owner, structural, mechanical and electrical consultants, verification of existing conditions, construction documents, construction contract negotiation/ award, construction administration and project closeout. The Owner’s schedule allowed approximately six months for design and construction.
