The three-story structure houses teaching facilities for the Business, Information Technology and Fine Arts Departments.  In addition to the general instruction, art, business and computer classrooms are 58 supporting faculty offices. 

The project also includes a centralized three-story atrium  common space, which is used for general student gathering, art juries, gallery space, receptions and informal student/faculty meetings.
