Work was performed in two phases which included a new teaching kitchen for the Culinary Arts Department, adjoining multi-use meeting/dining spaces, offices, conferencing space, remodeled cafeteria with market style serving and a Cyber Cafe.  The Cyber Cafe offers a unique environment adjacent to the dining area where students can access the Internet, campus e-mail and computer games.  As a result of the remodel/addition cafeteria sales increased by 300%.

The project scope also included heating, cooling and emergency power for the recently completed Business-Information Technology-Fine Arts Building which is adjacent to this project.
