This project is a small downtown building remodel and addition to create a European Hearth Bakery and Bistro.  The building was originally a gas station, which was turned into a bicycle shop, then a restaurant.  The interior of the building was completely gutted to accommodate the open space needs of a bakery bistro.

The existing facade was replaced with one relating to the surrounding  buildings in an architecturally cohesive manner.  A visual openness between the bistro and sidewalk was created in the urban tradition.

The interior attempts to combine old world craftsmanship and modern technology in the character of the quality breads and foods served there.
