HISTORY & BACKGROUND In 1977, Neumann Monson Architects, P.C. incorporated the architectural division of Powers-Willis Inc., an Iowa City based architectural/engineering firm with over 25 years experience in the Midwest. In 1983, Roy Neumann, Kevin Monson, Ken Wictor and Tom Bertram established Neumann Monson Wictor Architects in Sioux City, Iowa. With offices in Iowa City and Sioux City, we are geographically positioned to serve all of Iowa and selected areas of adjacent Midwestern states. We are an organization of professionals dedicated to client service and excellence in the practice of architecture, urban design, environmental planning, graphic and interior design. The experience of our partners include projects in twelve foreign countries and twenty-three states, averaging thirty-two years of experience for each partner. We have assembled a firm of professionals with diverse design and technical backgrounds who bring depth of experience, creativity and general know-how to each of our valued clients and their projects. PHILOSOPHY We are architects by choice, and we have an obligation to our clients, to the public and to ourselves. We share our clients' expectations that each project deserves a serious, quality design solution to be achieved through creativity and a thorough planning process.
