The Norwalk library project is a new 11,500 square foot, single level library facility with a public, multi-use room equipped for ICN presentations.  The building is constructed with a steel frame and brick veneer.  The remainder of the building envelope consists of a standing seam roof and an insulated translucent skylight that extends from the front canopy into the library collection area.
